Each piece in this collection has been specially created to bring two gemstones together in union. From a unique variation of the classic Towers Band to new forms with ultra-fine hand-formed details decorating the surfaces around each gemstone with scintillating texture.

These works were presented at 'Toi et Moi', an exhibition at Pieces of Eight Gallery October 19 - November 12, 2022.

Each piece in this collection has been created around a one-of-a-kind diamond. While diamonds are often selected based on characteristics like symmetry and clarity, these have been chosen for their distinctive presence. As a result, each has its own unconventional quality, from enchanting patterns of inclusions to translucent natural surfaces that stir the imagination. Organically formed gold rings with finely created hand details respond to these unique ancient crystals.

New pieces specially created for the Arcobaleno exhibition at Pieces of Eight Gallery in Melbourne, Australia and part of the Radiant Pavilion biennial of contemporary jewellery and objects.

Beneath the Surface was a solo exhibition of fine gold and silver jewelry and objects presented at Melbourne's Pieces of Eight Gallery on April 6 - 29, 2017. A selection of work from this show later traveled to Artisan in Brisbane for a solo exhibition on June 15 - August 19, 2017.

The collection comprised over 40 unique individually handmade pieces in silver and gold, created using lost wax casting and hand fabrication techniques with a focus on locally sourced Australian sapphires. It also included Cerulean Odyssey, a unique silver object created to raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease.

The Graceful Inner Islands reflect on our impermanence and the hidden beauty within. Porous fragments of hand carved cancellous bone are transformed into precious metal according to the principles of wabi-sabi. Each piece is frozen in a moment of decay or emerging from nothingness.

These are a selection of the works exhibited at Graydon Gallery on April 20 - May 1, 2016, as part of Above and Below. The complete collection included wall-mounted sculptures alongside rings, pendants, earrings, and brooches made in precious metals.

Inspired by present-day neuroscience imaging and microscopic details first presented by renowned microscopist and artist Ernst Haeckel. These pieces are both a celebration and reflection of the past 10 years I've dedicated to improving my understanding of microscopy and how to use glowing proteins from the sea to reconstruct the forms of the living.

Ellipsed exhibited at Fallow, 8 - 28 December 2015 as a continued exploration of neural form, with a specific focus on a brain structure known as the ellipsoid body. The 99 piece collection of prints, objects, and jewellery also included bold new forms to suit the avant-garde aesthetics of Fallow, with black diamonds and golden surfaces emerging from darkened silver forms.

Cerulean Odyssey was created to illustrate hope and victory over the devastating effects of motor neurone disease (MND). This sterling silver object is inspired by the blue cornflower, or Centaurea cyanus, an Australian wild-flower, which despite it’s fragile appearance is able to withstand all elements of nature. The flower, with its star-like blossoms of brilliant blue, is one of our most striking wild-flowers. As with the flower, people with MND show courage and strength of character, dealing with the devastating changes that occur to their neurons and muscles in their bodies. I created this impression of the cornflower with points of light in the flower’s head incorporating a combination of topaz and blue and white sapphires. Australian blue sapphires highlight the center of the primary flower and the bud yet to bloom. The root system, set with white sapphires, was inspired by the microstructure of neurons.

There is a growing awareness that how we are choosing to live is having a dramatic, and potentially irreversible, degradative effect on our planet. Towers, and the Flowers Remaining, released 17th September 2014, explores the idea of environmental collapse through the creation of floral forms derived from skeletal anatomy. The works reflect on the fragile being the first to fade, and while intrinsically beautiful, hint at a bleak future landscape where the arrangement of bones may be the only flowers remaining. Floral pieces are joined by clawed designs linked to the possibility of limited freedoms in the future as a result of the excessive liberties we grant ourselves today.

Pieces in this collection are based on the original designs for the Greensmith exhibition (hosted at Artisan in 2014 and exhibited in San Francisco in 2016) along with other short series work and one-of-a-kind designs. Each piece is individually handmade made using solid Sterling Silver, Gold, or Bronze

Efflorescence began as a series of carefully detailed silver floral forms reflecting on how our semiconscious existence often causes us to neglect the beauty in the world around us. These were recreated with gold and surface patination techniques for a project with Monoco (Japan) in 2013. The collection comprises carefully handcrafted rings, earrings, and pendants in sterling silver and carefully detailed using gold vermeil, palladium, and oxidative patina.

The time to produce each piece is much longer than typical designs but this delicate recreation of nature ensures value and uniqueness to each piece. Each is a floral arrangement on the smallest possible scale.

Symmetria is a collection of small objects and jewellery drawing inspiration from the complexity and raw beauty of natural form. First released in 2012, the collection is individually handcrafted in sterling silver or bronze using techniques that preserve detail whilst ensuring finely polished surfaces before careful detailing with gold plate.

Each piece was designed to be an object in its own right, something with presence even when not being worn. Something other than the typical ring that begins at the end of a ring band.
