Domestic Shipping:

We ship domestically using FedEx. We offer complimentary FedEx 2-day delivery for all orders over $300, and complimentary Priority Overnight for orders over $2000. All shipments are sent with a signature required on delivery.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally with a $60 flat-rate fee. International orders over $300 are sent by FedEx Priority International. Please be aware of your local customs fees and import duties. Luke Hammond Jewelry is not responsible for customs fees and import duties incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination but is generally 3 to 5 business days.

Changes to Your Order:

We must be contacted within 24 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. Any changes made after this time period may incur a fee, if the piece has already been made we will need to charge a service fee for resizing (if possible).

Customized and Bespoke Pieces:

We may be able to make you a bespoke piece on special request. In these cases, we offer free consultation to find the right design and require a 50% deposit to commence work once the design is confirmed. In special circumstances, it may be possible to arrange a payment plan. In all cases complete payment is required before the piece can be posted.

Bespoke and customized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Special orders, customized, and pieces made on request are final sale.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If a package does not arrive or it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as there is a concern. We will do everything we can to assist you in locating the package.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • the item is wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

  • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.

  • the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.

  • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.

  • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.

Sale Items:

Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Returns:

Please note that we have a 14-day returns policy. Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date in the original box and packaging. We recommend using a trackable and insured method so that your carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery. Contact us before shipping to confirm a refund can be assessed.

Refunds will only be granted in cases where a product is clearly defective, or has been clearly misrepresented before sale. In such cases, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your item so that we can work with you to quickly to resolve this issue.

Please check item descriptions carefully before purchasing, and reach out to us if you have any questions. We are happy to provide you with any information that will help your decision.

Please ensure your ring size is professionally measured before purchase. We do not accept returns on rings that are the wrong size due to customer error.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment, the buyers’ responsibility is to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer.

The client is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Warranty and Repairs:

We stand by our craftmanship and you can be assured we will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 1 year of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

Manufacturing faults do not include damage due to wear or to the gemstone:

• Chipped, cracked, or broken gemstones.

• General wear and tear, including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised.

• Plating that has worn off.

We also offer repairs on our jewelry outside of warranty. If your piece needs repair we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding.

Any issue resulting from alteration, service, or repair performed by a third party other than Luke Hammond Jewelry is not covered by our warranty.
