Toi et Moi | Exhibition
Each piece in this collection has been specially created to bring two gemstones together in union. From a unique variation of the classic Towers Band to new forms with ultra-fine hand-formed details decorating the surfaces around each gemstone with scintillating texture.
These works were presented at 'Toi et Moi', an exhibition at Pieces of Eight Gallery October 19 - November 12, 2022.
Pieces include the Coalescence Ring below, finding truth and beauty where two worlds come together. An emerald and oval-cut Australian sapphire in rich hues of blue-green and yellow meet in this carefully detailed yellow gold ring. Uneven terrain from hand-carved bone is set with black diamonds and finds harmony with intricately decorated arcs of organically formed gold.
In Search of Wonder Toi et Moi Ring and Pendant
A stunning marquise and round-cut sapphire come together in a sea of intricately hand-formed luminous details. Champagne diamonds and small sapphires decorate this union, sowed amidst the rhythm and radiating patterns.
A matching pendant features two uniquely beautiful Australian sapphires.
Eudaimonia Cluster Ring
At the center of this ring rests a diamond decorated with a uniquely beautiful pattern of fine dark inclusions. Reflective, transparent, and still, yet the interior stirs. To celebrate this special diamond is a vibrant cluster of rich yellow Australian sapphires, set amidst an arc of yellow gold and white diamond accent.
